I hope you guys are excited about the Arsenio Hall episode. I know I was. I sat down with Arsenio in my mom's garage when he came to visit her. Arsenio started with my mom back in the day at The Comedy Store when I was a kid. And through this episode, you hear what his beginning struggle was. He talks about everything: His career and his family.
I thought it was appropriate to have Paul Rodriguez comment on Arsenio's episode because they both started at The Comedy Store at around the same time. Paul Rodriguez and Arsenio Hall were like Miami Vice's Crockett and Tubbs. They were inseparable. When Paul Rodriguez got his first sitcom, my mom hosted a party for him at the Doheny house. I remember there was a tearful picture of Paul as my mom gave him a kiss on the cheek. That picture is somewhere on The Comedy Store wall. Enjoy this episode. We're going back to the 80's brozzzz.
